LAHORE: In protest to the ransacking and burning of homes in Joseph Colony, Punjab Assembly MPA Pervaiz Rafiq has resigned.
The minatory MPA from the PPP said the government had failed in providing security to minorities. He expressed sorrow over the repeated attacks against minority communities in Pakistan.
Rafiq added that he would submit his resignation in the Punjab Assembly Secretariat soon.
